5. Lead Time and Delivery Schedule

6. Customer Responsibilities

7. Delivery Responsibility
Shipping responsibilities shall follow the agreed Incoterms and sales agreement between LNC Battery and the customer.
Once products are shipped or delivered according to the agreed shipping terms, responsibilities will be handled according to the applicable trade agreement.
